Ushering in a vibrant new chapter in its 50 year history in 2007 with a strong woman at the helm, Creda Communications also managed to retain its best and longest-serving staffers.

Creda Communications is fast becoming known as the new face of printing in South Africa, providing instant solutions in the creation, management and distribution of print and print-related products.

Jacquie Golding became the first black woman at the helm as Executive Chairperson this year. She says: “We are now invested in a broader definition of printing to include assisting clients with their communication needs, and it is made so much easier because we retained staffers that were able to adapt to our new approach.”

Creda Communications thus enjoys a family atmosphere built on credible experience, reliable turn-around times, an empowered workforce and management team and a diverse staff compliment.

Managing director Eugene Brandt runs a tight ship and the duo are a dynamic pair. He adds that “family is vital…The loyalty that comes with having a strong family built on trust and respect are irreplaceable.” Together they agree that Creda Communications exudes a strong family foundation and the staff are supportive of their leaders.

Keith Pearce, Salary and Wage Administrator, has been with the company for more than 30 years. He easily waxes lyrical about the recent changes in the company’s structures: “The Creda world changed dramatically over the past year to keep up with the enhancements of the printing industry. Generally everything has become more computerized and streamlined and we are better able to comply with the requirements of our clients in quicker time.
