Fulfillment completes the circle for Creda

In line with graphic communications company Creda's “idea-to-end-user” approach, a fully-fledged information distribution and fulfillment service was recently established as the final stop in the graphic communications journey.

Now Creda will not only take care of all the steps required to turn a concept in your mind's eye into something tangible and tactile, but will also make sure the final product reaches the hands of the intended recipients. All this, while only one supplier, Creda, is accountable for the entire process.

According to Creda Director for Special Projects, Michael Tame, this fulfillment service will be especially beneficial to agencies and publishers, and among other services includes storage and inventory management of printed items as well as distribution to the end users through a dedicated distribution network.

“We created a remote stock viewing and online ordering facilities to simplify the management of stock for our clients, and have also added an online tracking function for parcels.,” says Tame.

According to Tame, Creda will manage printed material for clients, even if Creda didn't execute the printing themselves.

“We expect our fulfillment service to benefit our clients by reducing stock holding costs and by being able to better serve clients because of no stock-outs. The main benefit however, is the fact that only one supplier is accountable for all these different services – creating, printing, storing, managing and distributing of information. The whole process is also a lot more streamlined than if one were use a number of different suppliers.”

According to Tame, this latest offering fills a gap in the communication value chain, and will be of great benefit to any marketer or agency involved with the distribution of large volumes of printed matter to multiple locations across the country. Franchisers, retailers, publishers, hotel groups and corporations, also stand to benefit greatly from this.
